USF BCM exists to develop college students who influence the culture, by teaching them how to KNOW Him and make Him KNOWN.
Resuming this Fall, we’ll meet Thursday nights at 6pm in the BCM Building (13109 USF Sycamore Dr) for a free meal together and then at 7pm for a time of worship and a message from God’s Word. Find your people and your place here.
Meet Our Director
Jay Sanders and his wife, Josefina, are excited to be a part of the USF BCM family. Jay was born and raised in Dayton, OH. He attended college at Word of Life, with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies, and a Minor in Youth Ministry. He attended Liberty University for Grad School.
Jay met Josefina when he was a college student at Word of Life. They got married in 2014 and are now raising their foster daughter and twin boys. Josefina is a devoted artist, author, advocate for wellness and art therapy student. Jay regularly communicates in multiple environments, including churches, student camps, schools, universities, and NBA and hockey arenas. He speaks in a way that engages outsiders and is culturally relevant.
Jay has held the role of Camp Director at Word of Life FL Youth Camp, and the Dean of Student Ministries at Word of Life Bible College, and also served at the College Pastor at Idlewild Baptist Church.
